ETX Depot is a locally owned professional office suites location available to businesses and individuals. The 2000 square foot building, located a few blocks east of the downtown square in Athens, Texas,  includes a newly renovated interior and exterior, including new floors, updated bathroom, granite, and professional furnishing in the common areas. 

At ETX Depot, there are office selections ranging from approximately 100 square feet up to a 600 square feet luxury suite with private bathroom for lease. All offices can be accessed through the main entrance, in addition to two offices having private access.   Leases are available starting at one-year terms. Utilities and WIFI are included in all leases. Tenants receive 24-hour access to the building. 

Within the building lies a conference room with audio-visual presentation capabilities and a white board that is available to on-site tenants for unlimited use as available. Additionally, a breakroom area provided with a refrigerator, microwave, and free coffee for all tenants. The conference room is also made available at an hourly rate for businesses or individuals seeking a professional environment to host meetings. 

ETX Depot also provides mail service for those individuals needing a professional address for their business.
